The organization proposes to implement a series of capacity-building and skill-development initiatives aimed at empowering youth, particularly unemployed or underemployed youth from socio-economically disadvantaged slum communities. These interventions focus on enhancing employability, self-reliance, and social empowerment through training programmes such as Tailoring, Beautician, and Phlebotomy.
